Wood Floor Style

Parquet Wood Flooring is where the floor is made up of a mosaic of wood pieces. There are a range of designs in which the mosaic can be laid out; the Herringbone is one of the most popular choices. Our team will be able to recommend what will work best once they have assessed your room size, layout and purpose.

Plank Wood Flooring comprises of solid planks of your selected wood being laid together to create your floor. Our team will be able to advise you on the best direction in which to lay the wood in order to get the most benefit from the natural light coming into the room and the space available.

Bole Flooring is a new style of wood flooring which reflects the organic direction of a tree’s growth and is therefore curved. Trees, as with people, are unique and therefore your bole flooring will be one of a kind. This is also the most environmentally friendly form of wooden floor as there is no waste from the wood being cut into straight planks

Wood Floor Colour

Typically when it comes to wood stain you have three or four choices in the colour of your wooden floor. At Benott we use a combination of American Wood Oil and selected pigments to give your wooden floor the perfect colour for your room. Through this system of wood colouring you can choose from a vast spectrum of colours and by varying the oil to pigment ratio we can change the final shade. We are one of only two approved UK suppliers of the American Wood Oil products.
